Tyler turned 25 on June 26th. Although it was mingled in with the weekend of the wedding, we still were able to take time to celebrate. We had a nice birthday breakfast in the morning in Arizona with my family, then spent 4 hours on a plane back to Cincinnati, then had ice cream cake with Ty's family. Two celebrations in one day sounds pretty good to me!

Wedding in Arizona
Marcus is a married man! I got to spend a week in Arizona the end to June to help with some last minute planning and then Tyler joined me to spend a wonderful day with my family celebrating Marcus and Leslie's wedding. Everything turned out beautiful and they look so happy together! Congratulations Marcus and Leslie!
Waiting for the couple to come out of the temple.
They are married!

We've Arrived!
Okay, so we actually arrived in Cincinnati about three weeks ago, but I just forgot to blog about it before. We will be here until mid-August while Tyler works as an intern with Procter and Gamble. He is quite busy with his first real J-O-B, but it is a great opportunity for him and will give him great work experience to take with him in the future. We feel very blessed to be so fortunate. We are living in Tyler's parents home with his sister and her family...yep its just one big happy family! And we get to see the rest of Tyler's side on a regular basis, as they only live a few minutes away. It can be crazy at times, but we are definitely enjoying being around family.
While we've been here, I celebrated my birthday...

Tyler and I went to a Red's game and sat front row right behind the batter (Thanks Tracy)...
We've played with a lot of little rug-rats like these...
And experienced a few large rain/thunder storms keeping us up all night.
We are having a great time and look forward to a wonderful summer!
Mexican Cruise
Tyler and I were fortunate enough to be able to take a "second honeymoon" on a cruise to Mexico after we both finished school and before Tyler started his big summer job with P&G in Cincinnati. We had a blast! We stopped in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta and enjoyed every minute! Enjoy our pictures in the sun!

Graduation!
Thanks to my wonderful parents for all their support!
All my family
My wonderful husband who encouraged me through everything!
Last Friday I graduated from college! Wow I never thought this day would come and it was a great day! My family came into town from Arizona and my grandparents were able to make it out as well. I made it though a year of driving down to Provo from Salt Lake and although it wasn't easy, it was definitely worth it!!

Oh School...
We love school, we love school, we love school. At least that is what we have been convincing ourselves the last few weeks. I will be more than happy once this long semester is over and done. Ty and I are both taking 18 credits and basically never see each other all week long. It is awful! And then by the time the weekends come around we are so dead we just hang out at home....lame, I know.
I'd really like to snap my fingers right now and be on a trip to this beautiful place pictured below (of course it would be free)
On a happier note, I did just order my cap, gown and my announcements for graduation in April. It does feel weird that I am almost done with school for FOR-E-VER. Okay, I'm done thinking its weird and am just really excited. I'm looking forward to the day when I won't have loads of homework constantly looming over my head....can't wait!!!

Christmas Break (A Month Late)
Tyler and I were fortunate enough to take a Christmas vacation down to sunny Arizona and spend our first Christmas together. We spent a week with Tyler's parents in Peoria and then a week with my family in Mesa. It was so nice to get away from the snow for a couple of weeks and enjoy the company of our families without having to worry about school or work. And one of the highlights was that it was almost 80 degrees on Christmas day :) Here are some pictures from the trip.
We also celebrated our first wedding anniversary. We celebrated by spending a night at the Hyatt Regency in Scottsdale, which was the place where Tyler proposed to me. Unfortunately the gondola rides were closed but it was fun to be at the same place. It is hard to believe that a year has already past by and it has been fun to reminisce on all the fun adventures we have gone through in the past year as a married couple. I can't wait for the many memories to come!
Then we came back to the snow in Utah and tried to embrace it by hitting the slopes!
Now we are back to doing the school thing and keeping busy with that. Tyler is in his second semester of grad school and searching for an internship for the summer. I am in my final semester at BYU and looking forward to graduating in April!! (yeah!) I also took up another job on top of personal training as an intern for a corporate wellness program and I am really excited about the experience it will give me. Life is busy but we try to enjoy the craziness and the time we have together.
